Lilly has a very special talent: she can paint idealized portraits which can be "entered" by their subjects. Diane wants such a portrait for herself, but Lilly has refused her commission. Diane therefore avails herself of the age-old method of tickle-torture to force her to work for her.
Feathers, bellies, bonds and bare feet all figure into the picture; but Lilly has a special surprise in store for her tormentor.
